The 2010 Golden Globe nominations have been announced, and there are some names we haven’t seen before. Take Matthew Morrison, for instance. “Glee” fans would obivously recognize the name Will Schuester, the teacher who creates the Glee Club.

Matthew Morrison is the actor who plays Will, and Broadway aficionados probably recognize his name. He has had small parts in feature films and other television shows, but Will Schuester is the first recurring role on a television series he’s had since he played Adam Munson on the soap opera “As the World Turns.”

The other women up for the same Golden Globe Lea Michele was nominated for are Tina Fey, Edie Falco, Courtney Cox and Toni Colette.

Her role on “Glee” makes for a smashing debut for Lea Michele on TV, and she’s garnered quite the buzz. Since securing her role on “Glee,” aside from getting the Golden Globe nomination, she has appeared on “The Tyra Banks Show,” “Rachael Ray,” “Late Show with David Letterman” and “Entertainment Tonight.”
