I don't count Cameron Diaz and Frankie Muniz because they are only half Hispanic. And I sure as hell don't count Emilio Estevez because he is only a quarter Hispanic.
But I do count Alexis Bledel because she is actually 100% Hispanic. Her dad is Argentine and her mother is Mexican, so neither one of her parents are Anglos.
Argentina has a high number of white latinos.
Could be possible that her grandparents had blue eyes.
Also latino isn't a race, so anything is possible.
Technically speaking, Hispanic people are still caucasian. Hispanic is an ethnicity, not a race. There are only 3 races, caucasoid, negr0id and mongoloid.

LOL you should come to Argentina. The vast majority of the population is of European descent and there are lots of people with blue eyes there. Why is this so surprising to you though? You do realize that Spain (a European country) colonized South America so do you seriously think that there wouldn't be any blue eyed people there?
